The possibilities of life are endless as long as you are okay with jumping off the cliff...

This video was a little bit - wee bit - difficult to post. Telling yourself one thing is at a smaller scale but the minute you tell the whole wide world your dreams is a bit of a noose. Like, ok, now I told the world. So this means that I have to move to NYC.

No ands. No ifs. No buts.

So, my favorite way to kick off the move is to sell on Poshmark! I want to lead a more of a minimalistic life. Easier said than done, I know. But moving to NYC should be nothing but my essentials to start out. That is just how it's going to be.

I picture myself moving to NYC with nothing. Probably sleeping on the ground for quite some time - but if there are coach roaches I will quickly think otherwise!

Going back to the subject of Poshmark. One of my favorite new shows is about getting out of debt. In one of the episodes the host made the couple sell all non essential items to make extra cash. From selling their personal goods - within a hour they made 2k! So a lot of my inspiration comes from that show and the potential to hopefully make my down payment on my apartment! Fingers cross.

I thought to introduce you to my Poshmark closet and the first initial step to moving to NYC.

Gratitude Affirmation | The Awakened State

The biggest part of magic is to count your blessings. It is so easy to become wrapped up in your worries, your depression, your anxiety. I know that sometimes your anxiety, depression, worry seems safe. But why allow succumb to these feelings where there is entire world to be grateful for?

One day, perhaps by the end of the month Planet X will wipe us all out. So why spend time worrying about the tomorrow. Worrying about how many hours you'll get at work next week and if you will be able to pay your bills. Just hold gratitude to the present. The future forms by the magical positive thoughts that you create in this moment.

The Awakened State is an amazing spiritual community. Ashley started the community on Tumblr. Then reached out to a secret Facebook group and TheAwakenedState.net. In order to break up the heavy, thick energy she decided to start a 30 day Gratitude challenge where you post 15 things you have gratitude for.

Since, I am too lazy to grab my journal....

15 | Gratitude | 01
  1. The security of a bed, a roof over my head, food in my fridge, and a transportation for work.
  2. My father is home and well in health to some extent that he could be. My family is somewhat back to a new normal.
  3. The leftovers of winter reminding me what has decayed will soon bloom within time.
  4. The first feeling of crawling under your heavy winter blankets to place your cold feet on the wooden floors of your bedroom.
  5. Once your sleepy feet hit the wooden floors, being instantly reminded of the home I do have. The blessings I should be thankful for.
  6. Having the ability to be a vegetarian, gluten-free or whatever kind of diet I would like to be. Because we have the luxury of having a choice here in America.
  7. Remembering you have a lot to be grateful for despite your losses.
  8. Being able to go to a work for a company you love. Being able to work PT for as long as you could due to your parents being as loving as they are. Your parents accepting of your dreams.
  9. A cup of tea with a good co-worker.
  10. Meeting lovely new customers, and helping her find her brand new wardrobe. Her mother being thankful for me saying : "I hope you get commission!" Unfortunately, I do not but I told her "as long as you are happy, I am fine!"
  11. A non-anxiety drive home.
  12. Home.
  13. A good friend reminding me to push, push, push. To never give up. For her guidance mentoring me during through these sticky waters.
  14. A computer to have a blog. A blog to have the ability to share, and write.
  15. Selenite on top of my head, and creativity filled night.

From oldies gala dress to stunning kimono

One of my favorite past times has to be thrift shopping. The feeling of finding old garments and recreating to make the garment completely new again. I went to a Goodwill that I normally do not visit. To me - in "thrifting prices" sense I felt like this particular Goodwill could be "overpriced."

*Gasp*

I know, I know. Goodwill proceeds go to good causes. This is what I have to remember - but being as broke as I am, I like to save every penny (obviously.)

I walked in expecting three fashion trends that I am eyeing : Skinny scarves (Because, hello, Chloe's Fall 2016 is to die for - and every look is dolled up with a skinny scarf),
Plain white tee to go with my 311's Levi's,
silky, satin, lace slip/pajama top ( I am loving the whole should be bedroom wear but I am going to wear it out wear.)

I first went to the white tee's - easily picked one up because they are almost obvious to find. Then I began to gather items and walk my way to the fitting rooms where I stopped dead in my tracks! I will have to post the video down below...because, it explains it better!

I was easily able to pull through the seams of the back and through the zipper. I could tell it's an old garment due to how easy it was to be able to unseam it all! Thank god, I did not chose to cut it all the way up! About ten minutes late I had my very long, but very cool kimono!

While I was walking up to the cash wrap of the Goodwill. I got stopped 3 times! Everyone was asking what I planned on doing to this garment! Like I said, the goodwill is amazing for a creative afternoon of altering with a cup of coffee in hand.

I adore this,

Welcome to the Blogging World, Flowers

I want to make a space in the world of the internet, including my YouTube, Instagram...and maybe I have a lot of spaces of the internet. To just set free, be free. Include my thoughts, my spiritual journeys, fashion, my writing.

I want somewhere where editing does not matter. Who cares if the comma is in the right place. Who cares if the photo is not up to a standard of the "successful blogging platform." Why can we just go back to being raw? Even with singers, instead of being so auto tuned. Lets just hear your voice raw, sing baby sing.

So when I create this blog no limitations. Who cares, right? Thats the whole point. Set free, and be the writer/photographer that you want to be. I open this blog on the new moon in Aries. Makes sense that I would start something when the energy is pushing you hard to do something new. New opportunities awaits you.

The new *super* moon is in Aries which indicates the new cycle of the astrology cycle! I been in the mud for the past couple of months of the dead of winter. It's time to give myself something to do to feel alive. This is the creation of this blog. You can also find me on Youtube as well : Kaylee Ryan .
Insta : Kayleeeh .

I thought to kick off this blog with some of my photos from the new moon. Keep in mind, I do not own a up-to-date DSLR camera. Thats why I shoot all on my iPhone 6s. It just is what it is. Like I said...no expectations right?

Within time, I will get the blog "prettiness" and "attractiveness" down. I just always stayed away from Blogging because well...I am not a graphic designer. But I wanted to share inspiration, and speak of it.

Until next time flowers, keep blooming!
